Description:  Obtained from the beans of Vanilla planifolia by water and ethanol extraction. The intense aroma of Vanilla Planifolia CO2 Extract is a perfumer’s dream and will produce the most amazing aroma at even the smallest amount. Sourced from dry Vanilla pods, this beautiful extract imparts a rich, velvety and luscious fragrance. Most of the world’s Vanilla is grown in Madagascar and undergoes a labour-intensive process from hand planting to production. It takes approximately 4 – 5 years after planting for blossoms to mature, and it takes 600 hand-pollinated blossoms to produce only 1 kilo of cured Vanilla pods.
