SEOC Seabuckthorn Berries CO2 Extract – Certified Organic 25g

Description: Seabuckthorn Berries CO2 extract is a perfect anti-ageing ingredient. It is recognised for its outstanding cellular regeneration properties. With a unique composition containing natural tocopherols, carotenoids and essential fatty acids, the oil works synergistically to support the skin and improve suppleness. Obtained from the dried fruit of the Hippophae rhamnoides plant by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction and stabilised with organic rosemary CO2 extract. It has a mild aroma and its vivid red-orange colour will result in a pleasant golden hue in emulsions or oil blends. Suitable for use in all cosmetic applications.

Usage Guide: In most formulations, Aromatic CO2 Extracts should be added at a rate of 0.2 – 2%. Like essential oils, these potent ingredients should always be diluted before use and never applied directly to skin at full strength. Suitable for use in all cosmetic applications.  

NOTE: CO2 oils can be very viscous or even solid and can be difficult to extract from the bottle. Gently warming the Co2 in a water bath (up to 40º) will melt the product and make it easier to use. Removal of the standard dripolator may be required in some cases.
